"A most worthy occupation sir..."

I'm sure there must be an order of such glory for Students Theologick... though I doubt its rules would include such worthies as "the right to public drunkenness" and "the right to roam the streets with one's sword unsheathed". History is a wonderful thing.

I dare say that if I were given the honour of ranking occupations, brewing would certainly be close to the top. I think I'd have trouble deciding which kind of brewing however: "The Worshipful Company of Hop-Handlers" or "The Worshipful Company of Coffee Bean Roasters".
