I came home from spending a wonderful Christmas at Whistler, to receive some terrible, terrible news.
On boxing day, a tsunami hit the coastlines of many southern Asian countries. Australia did not get hit, but of the countries that did, so far the death toll is 24,000 and the authorities are FAR from finishing the count.
Aid efforts are oberwhelmed and need more money. I think you can donate through World Vision.
